Why I live "THE HERMINATOR"

Herman of "Your Footprints" is the best at what he does. I have known Herman for many years, mostly during his days of wallpaper hanging. Well, needless to say he was great at that! Now, for the past seven or so years I have been going to Herman for his "hands" again. Well, this is really his calling! I have NEVER been to a massage therapist that truly "hits the spot" each time without me even telling him where I hurt!!
That is talent!
I always come out feeling 99.9% better than when I did when I arrive at his door. I go to Herman every 14 days. I count down the days each week just wishing I could really afford this fantastic experience every day! HE CANNOT BE BEAT!!!!!!!!!

Sincerely,

Albert Nolan, Owner, Nolan-Kimble Interiors

From client with Bells Palsy:

I woke up from a nap and felt a tingling sensation on the right side of my face. When I looked in the mirror I was surprised to see my eye wide open and my face and mouth slightly drawn. I had no pain symptoms, but, within thirty minutes my right eye would not close and my lips were numb. I went to Lake After Hours, the Doctor there explained that I had Bells Palsy and prescribed a high dosage of antibiotics and steroids. He explained that this condition would have to heal itself. He said I could be looking at anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months before my face would look "normal" again. I decided to see my ENT because I had a tumor in my right ear years ago and wanted to rule that out. My ENT suggested a cat scan be run so I made an appointment with a neurologist. All the tests came back negative and they suggested I have physical therapy on my facial muscles, but warned me that I could still be looking at 6 to 9 months before I got full recovery in my face. When I called to make an appointment with physical therapy, the nurse explained that they would be glad to see me, but there was no guarantee. From there I decided to see a reflexology specialist, Herman Bonnette. It was amazing what happened to me at the first visit. His touch was literally healing. As he worked on my feet my eye began to close and I began to feel a tingling sensation on the right side of my face. I returned for more massage two days later. With great surprise my face was back to normal within two weeks. Herman explained this could have been caused from a vitamin deficiency and suggested ways to prevent this from happening in the future. I returned to my ENT for a check up and he was amazed at my unusual speedy recovery. He asked what had I done and I gladly shared my experience with my massage therapist, Herman Bonnette. I would suggest to anyone who has to experience this condition to go to Herman to receive emotional and physical healing.

"in such pain I couldn’t stand up"

As I dressed for work early one morning, I felt that much too familiar pain in my lower back. I had suffered from lower back pain for many years, and the only relief I had found was to stay off my feet for 7 to 10 days with an ice bag. As I slowly stood up, the pain took my breath away. I managed to locate my ice bag and eventually made it to work. Fortunately, I already had an appointment with Herman scheduled for that afternoon. When I reached Herman’s office late that afternoon, I was in such pain I couldn’t stand up straight. Once I was on the table and after a few minutes of reflexology and “feel good” massage, Herman began to work on the muscles deep within my stomach and back. After about 30 minutes of deep muscle massage, I began to be able to move my legs without the excruciating pain that I had been experiencing all day. When Herman was done and we had shared a few laughs, I was able to stand up straight and walk out of his office in much less pain that I had when I arrived. Within 2 or 3 days I was completely free of pain and able to return to my normal routine.

I now visit Herman on a regular basis, not only for pain relieving massage but for reflexology, stress relief and a few laughs with a good friend. As I leave his office, his next “victim” is anxiously awaiting their turn. For anyone looking for a wonderful massage therapist and a good friend, I highly recommend Herman Bonnette and Your Footprints.

C.M.
